The Sunrise Room:
$85 / night with a continental breakfast

The Loft:
$85 / night with a continental breakfast

$95 / night with a continental breakfast

Lilli’s Room:

Reservations:  

Personal checks, VISA & MasterCard are accepted. Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Check-In Time is between 2 P.M. and 6 P.M. (Earlier by arrangement only.) If you plan to arrive later, please call us.   

Check-Out Time is 11 A.M.   

Cancellations require a 14 day notice prior to arrival date, less a $25 per room cancellation fee. On shorter notice, you will be charged for the nights we are unable to rent your room(s).

Other items:

• Communication: We always respond to every email. If you email us and do not receive a reply within 8 hours, we have not seen your email, so please telephone!  Important topics like changes to your reservation and/or cancellations are best handled by telephone.
• Our Inn is not a commercial establishment, so please don’t “drop in” without an appointment or reservation. We operate “By Advance Reservation Only” as we value our privacy and the privacy of our guests.
• Prices are for double occupancy.  
• Please add $25 for each additional person beyond double occupancy.  
• Smoking is restricted to our patio and garden areas.
• Children: Our tranquil and peaceful Inn is for adults. Well mannered children 12 and over may be accommodated after a telephone conservation with Patricia.  This will often depend on other guest reservations at the B&B. 
• No pets. Please enjoy ours!
• We are in and out during the day. If no one is here to greet you there will be a clipboard with instructions at the B&B front door.  Please make yourself at home and don’t hesitate to call the cell phone number printed on your confirmation email.
• Forget something? Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc.).
• The B&B is available for small weddings and workshops.
